At Pandiyan Agencies, we aim to provide high-quality fitness services and products. This policy explains the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for product purchases and gym memberships made through our website or at our facility.
By making a purchase or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Product Returns
Pandiyan Agencies offers a 14-day return window for eligible products purchased through our website or physical store. Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return. Certain items such as personal-use products, supplements, or hygiene-related items may be excluded from returns for safety reasons, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Refunds for Products
Refunds are applicable only for approved product returns that meet the return eligibility criteria. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Pandiyan Agencies. Pandiyan Agencies reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned products do not meet the stated conditions.
Order Cancellation for Products
Customers may cancel product orders before the product has been shipped. If an order is successfully cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the order will be subject to the return policy instead.
Membership Purchases
All gym membership purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once activated or confirmed. Membership fees paid for monthly, quarterly, or other plans are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of Membership Plans
Cancellation requests are not applicable to gym membership plans. Members are advised to carefully review membership details, pricing, and terms before making a purchase. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided for unused membership periods.
Exceptions & Discretion
Pandiyan Agencies reserves the right to review and decide on exceptional cases at its sole discretion. Any decision made in such cases shall be final and binding.

Payment Methods & Refund Processing
Pandiyan Agencies processes all online payments through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. Refunds, where applicable, are initiated only through the same payment method originally used by the customer at the time of purchase. For example, if a payment was made using a credit card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit card. Similarly, refunds for UPI, net banking, or wallet payments will be returned to the respective original source.
Once a refund request is approved and initiated by Pandiyan Agencies, the request is forwarded to Razorpay and its associated banking partners for processing. The actual time taken for the refund amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance depends on the payment method used and the processing timelines of the respective bank or financial institution.
In general, refunds processed through Razorpay may take between 7 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment mode. Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take 5 to 10 business days, net banking refunds may take 2 to 10 business days, wallet refunds usually reflect within 0 to 3 business days, and UPI refunds generally take 2 to 7 business days.
Pandiyan Agencies does not charge any additional processing fee for initiating refunds. However, transaction fees and applicable taxes charged by Razorpay at the time of the original payment are not reversible and may not be refunded, in accordance with Razorpay’s policies.
Pandiyan Agencies shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or third-party service providers once a refund has been successfully initiated.
